1. Who you are contracting with

Fidel Flow ("Fidel Flow", "we", "us") is operated by ameseginalehu imaginations L.L.C., a limited liability company registered in the United States. By using Fidel Flow you enter into an agreement with ameseginalehu imaginations L.L.C. Questions can be sent to tcmnomad@gmail.com.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, starting a free trial, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using Fidel Flow. You confirm you are of legal age in your country, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian, and that any information you give us is accurate and kept up to date.

3. What we provide

Fidel Flow is a subscription learning service for the Amharic language and Ethiopian cultural heritage: Fidel and number studios, writing practice, spaced-repetition review, curriculum modules, kids games, audio from native speakers, and AI-assisted pronunciation coaching and conversation practice. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for personal, non-commercial learning within the plan you selected.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the service for unlawful purposes, fraud, or spam;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• upload malware, probe or interfere with our security, or scrape the service;
• reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits;
• share your account credentials — you are responsible for activity under your account.

5. AI features

Pronunciation feedback and conversation practice are generated by AI models. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for language-learning purposes only — it is not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for what you record, type, or submit, and for having the right to submit it. We may filter, refuse, or remove content and may suspend accounts for abuse. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact tcmnomad@gmail.com and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it; repeat infringement leads to account termination.

6. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the service and all of its intellectual property, including software, lesson content, recordings, illustrations, and branding. You keep ownership of content you submit and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service to you.

7. Payment, subscriptions, and renewals

Subscriptions are offered monthly ($12.99) or yearly ($119), each beginning with a one-month free trial that requires a valid payment method. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page or the billing portal; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

8. Service level and warranties

We work hard to keep Fidel Flow available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may close your account at any time. On termination your access ends and we will delete or anonymise your learning data in line with our Privacy Notice, after a reasonable window to export it on request.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We exclude indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where the law does not allow such limits. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, unlawful use, or breach of these terms.

11. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ameseginalehu imaginations L.L.C. is registered, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. We may update these terms and will post the revised version here with a new date.
