Try before you pay
Every Fidel Flow plan begins with a one-month free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel at any point before it ends without paying anything.
14-day refund guarantee
If a charge is not right for you, you may request a full refund within 14 days of that charge. This applies to your first paid charge after the trial as well as to renewals.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or email us at tcmnomad@gmail.com and we will help you. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account page or the billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling by itself is not a refund request — use the steps above if you would also like a refund of a recent charge.
